I was charged for a SIGNATURE DINNER CRUISE, which is the buffet cruise. But what we had was a small 3 course meal. I was asking for a refund for the price difference but they said I was in the cruise so thereāll be no price adjustment. I called several times, wasted my time hoping I could get a partial refund since I paid more than the price I should. Bad customer service. I couldnāt even get hold of a supervisor or a manager. I could only speak to a call center agent. Too much dismay.
