On our Secret Food Tour: San Francisco, the Mission District, you'll see how immigrants shaped the neighborhood by creating brilliant artwork, beautiful architecture and sharing their fantastic food! Originally home to Irish, German, and Italian immigrants, it is now the epicenter of San Francisco's Latino culture.

The Mission District is full of vibrant murals that offer a visual history lesson featuring themes ranging from cultural heritage to social-political statements. We will take a stroll through the neighborhood to get an up-close experience.

This tour is a fabulous way to explore the Mission District in San Francisco. David, our guide was great! Personable and knowledgeable in both the area's history and the best food options. A great variety of cuisines were included and all were delicious- I was truly surprised at the selections. Thank you David for a Fantastic tour!

We have four teenagers and wanted to experience San Francisco. Our AAA Travel Agent recommended the SF Food Tour. David was absolutely fabulous! He had seats ready for us at all the restaurants, waited on us hand and foot and provided delicious selections from each restaurant. David went above and beyond providing our group with history about SF, great views of the city and a personal feel for the area. We all highly recommend to anyone considering this tour.

We had the best time on our Secret Food Tour! We met in the Mission District, which was fantastic and a place we never would of gone if it wasn't for this! David, our guide, was full of information on the district and history! This made it fantastic by getting the history and the food details. The food was tremendous! and again something we would of never actually tried if it wasn't for Secret Food tours! They were family owned and one we walked right by as I would of never gone there! But it was one of my favorite spots!!! This food tour is worth it, and something you definitely need to do!! It was a highlight of our trip!!
