Sandboarding & Slot Canyon UTV Adventure

Overview

This is a private tour to a public destination. By private, we mean that we don't usually combine groups unless it is only 1-4 people.

Get ready for a fun ride to Peekaboo Slot Canyon! The best way to get to the canyon is with an off-road machine. Our UTV's are tons of fun for the sandy, bumpy trails.

Sandboarding is an included optional activity for children, teens, and adults who want to give it a try. You can slide standing up or sitting down according to your skill and comfort levels. There are sand dunes and beautiful scenery along the way, with occasional small wildlife that may make an appearance. This dry slot canyon is away from the crowds and is a great alternative to some of the busier areas at the national parks.

The hike through the slot canyon is not difficult. It does include a small ladder near the beginning of the hike. Enjoy the narrow sections with the occasional beam of light. It is a great opportunity for kids and families to relax and go at their own pace.

Brinley was our tour guide. She was very nice and kept us safe. She showed us a great time as we slid down the sand hill and advised us best method to stay on the board without falling. The tour through the canyon was interesting and she had a lot of in depth knowledge of the history due to her experience. She was a fun guide and we recommend her as a fun and engaging guide.

This tour was so awesome, starting with sand boarding down the hill to walking through Peekaboo trail! Josh was amazing, took pictures and showed us some special effects to make them pop. I would take this tour again!
