The short of it, we had a great time. William was an excellent host who is very knowledgeable of the Santa Barbara wine country and an extremely pleasant person. He was very courteous and made sure everyone was comfortable on their bikes and able to navigate the hills while giving us history on the vineyards and the surrounding area. During the tour we mentioned we also enjoyed craft beer and he sent me an email that evening listing out his recommendations for local breweries. The tasting rooms we went to after the ride clearly had a good relationship with him and were also very courteous to us with great recommendations. The lunch was a perfect post ride meal and all in all we had a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Our experience of this tour is consistent with the previous reviews it is definitely a great day and William is a very accommodating guide. My husband and I went on the tour midweek so enjoyed William's hospitality and knowledge all to ourselves. The bike ride is highly enjoyable and takes you through the town of Solvang and past many beautiful properties and vineyards. A basic level of fitness is required for the ride. After the ride you are treated to an olive oil and two wine tastings with very helpful and friendly staff. The tour concludes at Rideau Vineyards which is absolutely beautiful... William provided an amazing lunch (the best we had while staying in Santa Barbara). Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the wine region and see the beautiful scenery. As a bonus William provides pick up/drop off from accommodation and is happy to provide local knowledge about Santa Barbara.
