Freida was a fantastic guide (we chose the Biking and Beer tour through Sonoma County / Santa Rosa). She was very knowledgeable of the trails that we were on, and most importantly - was great at communicating to us any upcoming trail issues (Sharp turns and trail issues). For me, a regular cyclist, I was happy to take a nice bike ride through a new area, and try a flight of beer at Hop Monk tavern and Russian River Brewery. The ale house was a nice addition to the tour as well, but the real star of the show was by far the Russian River brewery :) I think that Frieda's communication is top notch, and her social skills as a guide make for a great time. She was very prepared, and we had a blast. The bikes: All the bikes came equipped with bags for storage (to take home souvenirs, or a bottle of beer, etc...). I did notice that I had a front pouch on my bike as well. I saw that I had an extra tube in there for a flat - but could have easily fit a small Point & Shoot camera, or cell phone camera - Bigger DSLr's might have been better carried in the rear bag of the bike, or perhaps a sling back-pack. The trails: The trails were 90% even grade, with only a few slopes and turns. Easy to Moderate in difficulty, some road crossings, and some road (less than a mile / few minutes). And Frieda was very helpful with navigation.
