Rude didn’t show up- and when I called I was told “You should have received an email that the provider could not facilitate the ride.” Which I did not. I got an email with the voucher for travel- and they billed me before the even provided the service.

Dear Courtney, We offer a travel distance of 6 mi. Your destination is located outside Sarasota city in Anna Maria Island, FL, at a distance of 18 mi. You booked in the wrong direction. We offer transfer from the airport to the city center. But you need a different direction to Anna Maria Island. We not working in this direction. For this reason, we (the service provider) immediately sent you a message informing you that you need to cancel your booking because you did not book correctly. In total, we sent three letters to you with this notification via the viator extranet. On the day of your trip in our system, your booking was already displayed in the status "refunded". We are surprised that you have not seen our letters, since they have all been delivered to you.
