What a super guide and story teller you get with Shannon Scott. We had the pleasure of a private tour on a weekday afternoon and Shannon made our visit to the Bonaventure Cemetery come alive with his personal knowledge, insights and intrigues. I cannot think of a better way to spend an afternoon learning about Savannah and its unique residents. I recommend that anybody wanting to learn a bit more of an "inside" view take the time to contact Shannon.

You know I like the information I get from Shannon Scott since I have booked tours with him twice. I love all the information he gave us and everything was so interesting. If you like history of old Savannah, the inside of the movie "In the Garden Of Good and Evil", you will love his tours. He does not rush you, answering any questions you might ask and adding alot of information you would never believe would be part of the history of the "residents" of Bonaventure Cemetery. The first time I paid a visit to Bonaventure, I was with a friend of mine and it was our first time in Savannah. We drove out to Bonaventure and toured the cemetery and wondered at all the magnificent markers and statues we found there. However, we knew nothing about the history of this magnificent place. The second time I went back to Savannah was in March, 2012. I found Shannon's card and decided I would hire him as a guide for our cemetery tour. My husband was with me this time. We were blown away at the amazing facts that he was able to provide about the residents and why the statues were there and the stories behind them. We were so impressed with him, that we returned to Savannah in Sept. of this year and I booked another tour with Shannon for my husband and myself. We were not disappointed. He was able to provide us with alot more interesting facts that he didn't have time for the last time. If I go back to Savannh, you can bet Shannon will be a part of our trip because his knowledge of this city can't be beat. I have booked other tours, but none compare to Shannon Scott. Please do not think that he merely makes things up as he goes along. He is very sincere and he wants to please all his clients and is more than ready to answer any questions you might have. We are impressed. Don't book a trip to Savannah, GA without making Shannon Scott and his imense knowledge a part of it. Sandra B. Scottsboro, AL

I'm sorry for being so late in making this review, but it has been on my mind all this time and I couldn't pass it up. We were in Savannah,Ga for a week at New Year's. While there, we hired Shannon Scott of Bonaventure Journeys to take us on a tour of Bonaventure Cemetery. It was the most interesting and comprehensive tour that we could possibly have asked for. He knew more than I thought any one would. He made it very interesting and "alive". I would recommend him to any one. He was worth much more than his fee.
