Patrick was the real deal. We are so glad that we chose this tour out of the many tour options out there. With the events and recordings that Patrick presented, we got a true feel for the haunted side of Savannah. Patrick also told us several interesting obscure history facts. We highly recommend his tour!

Pro: Patrick is very entertaining Cons-I signed up for the pub crawl- Was not told that it was at 10:30 pm I also asked how many pubs-was told 2 to 3 I also had told the lady who booked this that we were limited on walking-she said they took their time, no rushing, maybe a mile. WRONG We were always behind, walked over 1.5 miles and they still had more to go- we quit at this point and it was just to far fetched with the dubbed voices on the phone I've been around the block-Don't try to BS me

Hi Cheryl, Let's clarify a few things... You booked our 10:30 pub crawl, but showed up at 8:00 for our all ages tour. Our literature *clearly* states which tour is which, as does your booking confirmation. Even though you arrived for the wrong tour, we were more than happy to accommodate you onto the 8:00 time slot, with the caveat we would NOT be stopping at any bars. To which you replied "thats ok.". The tour length is exactly one mile, or 10 blocks. This is also in our literature. We understand that some patrons have mobility issues. However at no time do we ever rush anyone from location to location. I patiently wait at each stop for everyone on the tour to arrive. To recap, you signed up for a walking tour, knowing it might be beyond your physical abilities, then showed up at the wrong time. I'm not sure what we could have done differently on our end. Please read and understand what you are signing up for before you book.

I booked this tour when some other ones I was interested in were sold out. This was just not an enjoyable tour for me. While Patrick was enthusiastic about the subject, I didn’t find it informative or entertaining. I had hoped for more local legend and ghost history, with the guide’s personal experiences in that area, but we didn’t hear much about that. Read the description of the tour carefully to make sure this is really the tour you are interested in. It wasn’t a tour I would recommend .

Hi Deb, So sorry you didn't find my tour entertaining. As the saying goes, you can't please everyone! 🫤 But I scratch my head when you post... "I had hoped for more local legend and ghost history, with the guide’s personal experiences in that area, but we didn’t hear much about that." I extensively go into local lore, *tons* of history, and yes - my own personal experiences. I even showcase evidence I have gathered over the years at many of the locations we visit. "I booked this tour when some other ones I was interested in were sold out." According to our records, you attended the tour on Monday, October 24th. *No* ghost tours are *ever* sold out on a Monday night in Savannah - not even on Halloween. So, pardon my language, but I'm calling BS on you right there. 💩 "Read the description of the tour carefully to make sure this is really the tour you are interested in." Exactly Deb! Don't complain about the prime rib you ordered, because the burger and fries weren't available! 😉 I hope the rest of your vacation was much more enjoyable for you than my tour, but, thank you for your business! 🙂
