We are locally owned and operated. Our tour is Educational and Entertaining. We keep our tour group "small" for a personal and uncrowded experience. Patrick or Gene, (real locals), will be your licensed city tour guide for this evenings walking tour.

We have over 25 years experience leading walking tours to the Haunted sites in Savannah. No theatrics, no pre-recorded stories or filler music. We personally narrate this Historical Ghost Tour live for you.

We will guide you to Savannah's Historic Homes, Squares, Cemeteries, and Battlefields and tell you the History and Ghost Stories there.

No animals of any type permitted on this tour due to prior guests complaints.
AGE: 16+ Years old to Participate (No Exceptions)
PARKING: Available at 301 West Liberty Street in the Liberty Street Parking Garage next to The Mellow Mushroom Restaurant.
There are no public restrooms available along the walking tour route. Please plan ahead accordingly. Once started the tour does not stop and wait for you.
Not recommended for travelers with mobility problems. This Walking Tour is 3,500 steps and lasts 2-2.5 hours.

What To Expect

Madison Square

Our Licensed City Tour Guides, Patrick or Gene, will meet you in the South West corner of Madison Square located across the street from Saint Johns Episcopal Church. Look for "The March to the Sea" Historical Marker. Tour starts promptly at 9:00 PM. Please Arrive Early to check in. You will be provided with a real K2 EMF meter to use during your tour. Our Guides will escort you to Battlefields, Haunted mansions and Cemeteries. We will walk together through the Historic District of old Savannah and narrate it's History and Hauntings. You will see at least 7 or more Haunted sites during your 2 and 1/2 hour walk with us.

Colonial Park Cemetery

Your Licensed City Tour Guide will lead you to Colonial Park Cemetery and narrate it's History and Hauntings

Lafayette Square

Your Licensed City Tour Guide will lead you to Lafayette Square in Savannah and narrate it's History and Haunted Mansions

Chippewa Square

Your Licensed City Tour Guide will lead you through Chippewa Square and narrate its History while pointing out several Haunted locations and narrating their stories.

The Old Sorrel Weed House Museum & Tours

Your Licensed City Tour Guide will take you to the Sorrel-Weed House, considered to be one of the more haunted homes in Savannah. Your guide will narrate it's history and hauntings.

Wright Square

Your Licensed City Tour Guide will walk you to Wright Square, known as the hanging Square, and narrate it's History and Hauntings.

Andrew Low House

Our Licensed City Tour Guide will walk you to the Andrew Low house and share its Haunted History with you.

Oglethorpe Square

Our Licensed City Tour Guide will walk you to Oglethorpe Square and show you several Haunted Locations built around the square and narrate their History and Ghost lore.

Don't even bother pouring over the dozens of other ghost tours available. Trust me, I've already done it for you. As soon as we met our guide Jason, I knew I'd made the right choice. Jason was great. He's awesome at telling the tales, those well known and those not so much, that have made Savannah infamous. His historical knowledge of the city is fantastic. You can tell he really loves his hometown. We were able to visit a location that you could tell he has a soft spot for. Without giving too much away, it concerns his own grand daddy. The tour was relaxed and having a small group was wonderful. The EMF detectors were really cool to walk around with too. This tour was the highlight of our trip! Thank you Jason!!!

I took 5 ghost tours while in Savannah. I enjoyed this one the best. Patrick was very good speaker and very knowledgeable about the history. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is truly interested in why Savannah is so very haunted. Thank you Patrick for a wonderful experience.

Jason was our tour guide and he was awesome. In addition to being an all-around cool guy, he is a natural story-teller and keeps you engaged the entire time. The level of detail he provided for each spooky site was impressive. It’s obvious that he is super knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Jason also supplemented many of the spooky stories with pictures and videos (some of which he and/or his groups had captured on previous tours) that showed full-body apparitions, creepy disembodied voices, and spectral phantoms lingering around an old graveyard - just to name a few. We were definitely big fans of the “small group setting” which makes it much easier to engage with the tour guide, ask questions, and experience the show. On a couple occasions our group was walking by other paranormal tours that were sporting 30+ people. I can’t imagine I would have had as good of time in a group that large. The Electromagnetic Field (EMF) devices were also a nice touch. Each member of the tour gets one to help track and identify EMF spikes as you walk from site to site. For the skeptics out there, these tools can often be the at the center of scrutiny, as there are several natural factors that can affect the electromagnetic field around you. But, even on our tour, there were several odd times in which the devices lit up that made you scratch your head. At the very least, it turns every member in the group into an actual ghost hunter as opposed to other tours which cattle-call you around the city like mindless monkeys. It would be impossible to guarantee that you will see or experience a ghost on any given tour, but Jason and his ghost team definitely create a great personal, educational, entertaining, and spooky experience for everyone in the group. And who knows - you might even get lucky and capture something. If we ever come back through Savannah we would happily sign up again.
