You'll learn about topics such as The Founding of Savannah, The Revolutionary War and Battle of Savannah, Savannah's Capture during the Civil War, Famous Savannahians and their mansions, and much more!

*Please bring water and protection from the sun if sensitive to heat. Dress appropriately for the weather with comfortable footwear. You may also want to bring bug spray. Gratuity for your guide is strongly encouraged.

You will discuss the history of the square named for United States President James Madison. You will discuss the history of the monuments.

At this stop you will discuss the history of the square names after a revolutionary war hero.

Colonial Park Cemetery
Here you will discuss the history of this cemetery. You will get to briefly get to go inside the cemetery, if possible.

Oglethorpe Square
At this stop you will hear about the history of Oglethorpe Square and learn why Oglethorpe's monument is in another square.
