Overview

One of Savannah’s most beloved holiday traditions is back and all aglow for the most wonderful time of the year. Now in our 24th year, enjoy the magic of Holiday Lights & Sights in the warm cozy comfort onboard Old Town Trolley for a fully immersive holiday experience. Conductors will entertain with caroling and tales of Savannah’s favorite holiday traditions as they drive through decorated historic homes and squares.

The tour also includes stops at the Isaiah Davenport House, where guests will time-travel back to the 1820’s to see how Savannah’s earliest residents experienced the spirit of the season while enjoying some holiday treats and stop at the new Plant Riverside District, a truly magical winter wonderland, where guests can say hello to St. Nick himself.

Very disappointed in the lack of Christmas decorations. Not sure why they include the downstairs tour of the Davenport house since it wasn't decorated because they didn't celebrate Christmas. They only decorated part was along the river which you could walk around to look at instead of spending a lot of money riding around thru the dark streets. If you planned on having a picture with Santa during your stop, don't bother, not enough time. If you want to see Christmas decorations, save your money and just walk around Historic River Street.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get tickets on River Street and the person would not look up or acknowledge us. Called customer service and got the same treatment. We will never use this company.

Hello bryanbB6913MY, There are a lot of vendors located on River Street that sell trolley tickets, so I am not sure if you were at an Old Town Trolley booth or not, but it is certainly not the customer service that we want to provide to our guests. We also have a local Savannah office number that is 912-233-0083, I am not sure that is the number that you called. We hope that the next time you are in Savannah you will call us at our local Savannah number so we can ensure that you receive the customer service that we provide and you deserve.

This tour was 2 hours very nice, we had a blast a lot of history, not many lights but great experience they take you to an old house, which is a museum and you get off and they tell you how Christmas was celebrated in the 1800's There's lot of signing etc....I would highly recommend this tour. I've done St. Augustine, Fla and this one is so much better
