The land portion was OK. Some interesting tidbits of information. The sea portion was too fast with seeing things on the starboard or port side of the boat. Too quick to see both.

Great tour for newcomers to Savannah. The trolley part of the tour was a wonderful historical summary & overview of the city, covering a lot of the historical parts of the city. Gave you enough info so you could decide what parts of the city you’d like to explore & spend more time doing. The Riverboat part of the tour was interesting and covered a lot of history and economy of the Port of Savannah. Tour guides on both land & sea portions, were well informed, interesting & clear speakers. A word of caution for handicapped travelers. The shuttle to the sea tour lets you off near a large hotel. You need to walk some & take an elevator down to River St. River St is paved with very old stones which are murder to walk on for anyone using a cane or who has foot neuropathy. It’s charming & historic but does not easily accommodate the walking handicapped. However, boarding the boat and onboard was fine. An elevator is available to carry handicapped passengers to the upper decks. If you only have 1 day to spend in Savannah, I highly recommend this combo land sea tour as the best way to see the most, in the least time.

The trolley tour with Kathleen was fantastic! She was able to teach us about the history while making us laugh as well. We had a great time! The riverboat part was pretty cool, except that it felt really long. There was too much going on to hear all the history that out guide was giving us
