We thought the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly however difficult to hear at times with surrounding noise. Especially the land tour - with open air seating it was very difficult to hear the guide. Suggest some type of headset or Bluetooth sound system so the guests can hear the interesting f facts and stories being told. The actual check in was confusing and didn’t understand why when we had an electronic ticket with barcode that the agent had to take my phone, screenshot it and text it to her phone and she printed a ticket! Why not use a barcode scanner? Only one staff member working the concession area - long line to order and get drinks/food. Photographer handed you a ticket with no reference number on it They literally walked around and tried to find people by looking at the picture and then locating the people. Overall feel it would have been a much better experience if we could hear the guides.
