What To Expect

Savannah Historic District

We will go on an Unrated 16 and over tour of Savannah’s Historic District. We provide customer with Paranormal Investigative Equipment to add to the experience and give them the best opportunity to find evidence of the paranormal during the tour.

No ghost sightings but the stories were good. Can't believe how much of Savannah is covered over burial sites. The city at night is creepy!

Well LONG post coming.. Just wanted to let you know just how much fun Monday night was. Kelsey is absolutely AMAZING! She had so much enthusiasm and her knowledge of the area history as well as the tour info, was simply outstanding! I had done a little research on "haunted" places in Savannah and was able to keep up with the various stories she told us. Being a history teachers kid, I really appreciated the depths of her knowledge. If she ever wants to leave yall, pay her whatever to keep her, she is def an asset! Getting to actually hold the equipment in my hands and understand how they worked ( thanks to her tutorial) was a dream come true. On a Monday night we were the only two on the tour, we didnt get turned away, instead we got so much more than we could of imagined, with a personal touch. ( and I got to use every piece of equipment in MY hands, AMAZING!) I was a real live ghost hunter for 2 hours! ( a little more than that actually) I honestly think Kelsey and Eric would have stayed there the rest of the night if I had of had more questions! Eric was amazing too! He was right there at the right times with the audio amd bringing up the rear, for protection. Thank you so much! Cant wait to hear from yall with ( fingers crossed) EVP recordings. Oh, PS, tell Kelsey we ate at Clarys and it was def as good as she said it would be. We WILL be back!

Kelsey was our tour guide. She is phenomenal. I was on a trip with my sister and this was our 4th tour in 2 days (our second ghost tour). We had decided to go to our first ghost tour the night before because we knew we would be using investigative equipment on this tour and we might be distracted with the gadgets to listen to ghost stories. This was not the case. We went to new locations previously not heard on any of the three tours. The stories were interesting and the equipment only led to the excitement of what we were hearing. My sister and I were the only ones on the tour, Kelsey was not detoured by our small group. She made it so much fun and her personal body guard, Eric, Also had some info and accounts from past tours as well. Great Tour!!!
