What To Expect

Savannah Historic District

We will go on an Unrated 16 and over tour of Savannah’s Historic District. We provide customer with Paranormal Investigative Equipment to add to the experience and give them the best opportunity to find evidence of the paranormal during the tour.

Kelsey was knowledgeable,personable,and fun! We loved using the equipment and hearing the history, haunted and otherwise. Kelsey had several visual aides including infrared evidence, and played several EVPs. This tour company keeps groups to 15 which was perfect. I researched tour companies thoroughly before choosing TIE and they exceeded our expectations!

Keksey led our tour and she's friendly and fairly knowledgeable. However, periods of no information as we walkwd from one site to another. At best or was an average tour compared to many we've been on over the years. Only $30 per person but wouldn't do it again

We booked our tour online, and met our tour guide Kelsey in one of the town squares in Savannah. Kelsey was very friendly and polite, and told us she was a little nervous as this was only about her 6th tour. She did a great job! She was very knowledgeable on her history of each stop, and of her equipment(we used infrared,k2 meters and sound evp). We had a blast and would definitely recommend taking a tour with her!
