Savannah Historic District

We will go on an Unrated 16 and over tour of Savannah’s Historic District. We provide customer with Paranormal Investigative Equipment to add to the experience and give them the best opportunity to find evidence of the paranormal during the tour.

We enjoyed the intricate, interesting and historical stories augmented with photos and videos. Our guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. It was a fun evening.

Took my husband here for his first time in savannah and we were both SO impressed. we both had never done a paranormal investigation before, Josh was our guide and he did such an amazing job. he knows his history and is such a sweet and funny guy! he showed us footage of spirits and spirit box conversations hes had and we also got the chance to investigate on our own. it was amazing!!

My wife and I have been on other tours that we enjoyed more, but our daughters (16 and 25) really liked it. They enjoyed using the ghost hunting equipment. Tour really just visited the squares and gave some historical insight. Avoided all of the rumors and lore, but those stories do seem to be more fun!

Thank you so much for your review! We definitely want to stray away from the made up “ghost stories” and stick to the Historical facts of why this could be the most Haunted City in America. While the made up stories can be more fun, we don’t feel we would be doing this beautiful city justice unless we told it’s real history. We’re thrilled to hear you guys enjoyed using the equipment!
