What To Expect

Savannah Historic District

We will go on an Unrated 16 and over tour of Savannah’s Historic District. We provide customer with Paranormal Investigative Equipment to add to the experience and give them the best opportunity to find evidence of the paranormal during the tour.

Chris was a great tour guide! We really enjoyed learning about the spooky history in Savannah. Using the paranormal equipment was a very cool, interactive experience. Highly recommend, especially around Halloween!

Our tour was overbooked which was kind of expected for October. There was not enough equipment available for everyone so our group of 4 shared a camcorder. Our tour started 20 minutes late because our guide waited for 2 missing people. Our guide was quirky but that was ok. I felt the tour was more of a history tour than actually stopping to find anything paranormal. With the large group, the bathroom stop wasted 30 minutes of our time. At this point our equipments battery went dead as well as another group’s equipment, so that was disappointing. It was supposed to end at Colonial Park Cemetery but 10 minutes before the estimated time it was supposed to end we were left to fend for ourselves at Calhoun Square. I’ve done other tours and in comparison I was really disappointed in this tour.

We're so sorry you had a disappointing experience. Like all walking tours in the city, they are mainly sightseeing and history. We do offer equipment but also make sure its evenly distributed. It would be impossible for us to bring 20 camcorders, 20 k2 meters, 20 digital voice recorders with headphones and 20 thermal cameras. That being said you forgot to mention that your group also had a k2 meter and 2 digital voice recorders. We do offer a paranormal Investigaton of the Historic Savannah Theatre and Moon River Brewing Co. Which seems more like what you would be interested in. Next time you're in town please let us know and we'll make up for the first disappointing experience.
