Jacob was fantastic! We had a great time during the city and learned a lot about some of the landmarks that we have been walking past during the day. Highly recommend this to her and would definitely book it again!

Did a ghost walking tour with Ashtyn in Savannah. She was very courteous and friendly, made sure the group stayed safe and together, and put great energy into the all the tales. It was a very fun tour and I highly recommend it.

We arrived 15 minutes early per instructions. At 11:15, 15 minutes after the start time we will had NO GUIDE. One of the 20 or so people in the tour finally called your office and we were told they didn't know where our guide was and that they "probably weren't going to show". They never did. We planned our entire day around this tour and the next day as well (due to our sleep schedules). Since I booked through Viator they need to reach out to the trip people to prove we had a no show before I'll get a refund. This is really ridiculous. No show for an 11am tour is bad enough, but for an 11pm tour? What a horrible way to end our first anniversary!
