This was the first thing my wife and I did after getting to Savannah. We really enjoyed the tour and Brittany did an amazing job telling the stories of the locations and sharing recent experiences at the locations. We got great photos and stories to share with our family when we returned home. After the tour Brittany was even nice enough to walk us back to the tour starting point and recommend local places to visit during our visit. The next day we went to some of her recommendations as well as revisited places from the tour during the day, like the Sorrel Weed house and St. John the Baptist. Highly recommend the tour!

I expected this to tour to actually go into at least one supposedly haunted place vs just walking by and telling the story outside each location. I feel more information about what the tour does and doesnā€™t do in the advertising would have been helpful. If you are looking for a walking tour with historical information and a paranormal twist - then this is for you. If you are looking to step inside a supposedly haunted location with the potential to have a paranormal experience donā€™t book this.

We didnā€™t have the greatest tour. Iā€™ve been on another my last trip where I was on edge the entire time and the stories time were very engaging. This time around they seemed very rehearsed and at times she seemed rushed or was hard to hear. It was a larger group so that may have added to it, and there were also many other tour groups around- some from the same company- which made it even more distracting. The first tour we did was with a psychic/paranormal group and I did enjoy that much more although it may have a lot to do with the individual guide. My husband and I also did a carriage ride with a guide who gave fascinating information two night later, and I also recommend that as well. Renee and her horse, Joker, from Savannah Carriage Tours. She was able to clarify some of that fact vs fiction and give us the details on where the ghost ā€œstoriesā€ originated based on the actual events. All in all I feel the ā€œDead of Nightā€ tour may just vary depending on the guide but for us, it was my least enjoyed tour so far.
