Skippy was our guide. Very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the hauntings. He made a point to speak to each group individually which was nice. Only problem was that sometimes he was a little hard to hear because of the traffic and occasionally from other tours nearby....or maybe it was just me! My daughter enjoyed it so much, she wanted to do another ghost tour the next night.

We decided to take the 90 minute tour with our teenage kids. They were into it, and the breeze that night made the 1+ mile an easy lift. Skippy was great, with a wealth of information in his brain, and a generally happy guy. He clearly likes what he does. Show up on time because they definitely leave on time. Wouldn't need to do it more than once but a fun to-do with teens if they are game.
