We have been on several ghost tours mostly in New Orleans. This tour was very boring compared to the others I have gone on. More of a history tour and no really good stories. Maybe because there were kids allowed?

My husband and I enjoyed having Skippy as our guide! Though we do not believe in ghosts and hauntings, we had a fun time on this tour and loved that Skippy tied in a lot of lesser-known history that explained the "ghost hauntings." We learned of interesting individuals' stories that we wouldn't have learned on other tours. Skippy's tour was appealing, I believe, for those who do believe AND those who do not believe in hauntings. I think that is the mark of a great tour guide, to appeal to all audiences! I would do this again, and recommend this tour for anyone going to Savannah!

Honestly was really underwhelmed with this experience. I booked the Dead Of Night 11pm Adults Only Tour hoping to hear of the more grisly hauntings and have a more suspenseful experience, and arrived 15 minutes prior as per the company's instructions. At 10:45 the group is all checked in and we are informed by Skippy that 3 of us will be going with a different tour guide (which is kind of an awkward number to separate when there's about 25 people). We are told to walk to the other side of the square and wait for Jenny. Already I have this gut feeling that this is going to be disappointing. Jenny doesn't show up until 11:20... which wouldn't have been that big of a deal except of course we were all there by 10:45. So there's 3 of us who don't know each other at all sitting in a dark square for over 30 minutes waiting for our guide. Once Jenny shows up she barely utters an apology, something along the lines of "Oh sorry sorry guys, the company screwed up the schedule and it was a big mix up" and she kind of waves it away. Already a little frustrated, we start our tour and I immediately begin to realize this is not at all what I was hoping it would be. Jenny seems to not know the town's stories very well, she would get flustered and have to back up and start telling the stories from the beginning, or starting the story with "this square is haunted because..." there was no suspenseful storytelling or really any tact to how she told us the information. When she would tell the "haunted" parts of the stories it was extremely cheesy and just seemed awkward. I get the feeling that the other group had an extremely different experience and I wish we had not been separated. I'm sure that the fact there was only 3 of us with Jenny definitely affected the energy of the tour, but I still was really surprised by how poorly she presented the stories. She basically had us walk to different squares and read the plaques. Then at the end, she asked us specifically and personally, "would you please leave me a good TripAdvisor review?" Which is always uncomfortable even if it had been a great experience. Overall just really bummed and surprised by the lack of organization and professionalism in the company. I'm thinking about doing a Ghost and Gravestones tour in hopes of getting the creepy and informative experience I was hoping for. Really not worth the money, I could have walked around and read the plaques myself and not paid $30 to be out at midnight.
