I took the Grave Tales Ghost Tour in Savannah on May 22, 2017. Our guide was Skippy Spiral and he was incredible. His knowledge of the history of Savannah and the ghost stories that go along with it were wonderful. He had an ipad and was able to show the group pictures and videos of proof of hauntings to go along with several stories. Shortly after the tour started it began to rain very hard but that didn't slow down the tour or Skippy's enthusiasm. Skippy has a wonderful personality and is an asset to Ghost City Tours. If at all possible try to get Skippy as your guide. You won't regret it and you will definitely be entertained.

This tour was awesome! Skippy is an amazing story teller. I really liked the way he used his own personal experiences and theories to help support the stories he told, and felt that this helped to keep the audience better engaged. While we were on our tour, there were several other ghost tour companies making their rounds as well. I heard bits and pieces of what some of the other tour guides were saying and immediately knew that I had made the right choice with Ghost City Tours. Skippy gave us a unique experience and seemed very dedicated and passionate about his work. Unlike other tours that I have been on, this was not just the run of the mill history lessons and exaggerated old wives tales. Skippy told us the true events at each location and debunked several theories that could not be historically documented. However, he did show us several things that could not be debunked, such as EVPs and strange recordings in several locations of the tour. At the beginning of the tour, Skippy told us that he would try to offer something for everyone, meaning "the believers" and the "non believers." He did and excellent job of incorporating both elements into his tour, and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy the tour and the sights of the city.

We had a blast on the ghost tour with Nicodemus! He was very entertaining and hilarious! We'd definitely do another tour with him again. I recommend everyone take a tour with him, even kids. He's a great story teller and extremely friendly. He was nice enough to even walk us home (and it had to be about a mile away). Thanks again! -Lauren and Naj
