We had some friends visiting from out of town and I thought it might be fun to do a walking tour. I knew my boyfriend would enjoy it more if drinking was involved and my friends really waned to do a ghost tour. So this seemed like the perfect way to make everyone happy. We all had a really good time. We walked more and farther than any of us thought we would. We saw a lot more than just a bunch of bars. Our tour guide, Brandon, was a really great story teller and was very entertaining! He also kept everything moving at a great pace. We didn't spend too much or too little time anywhere. And even us locals learned a thing or two. I am so glad we did this and highly recommend it to anyone. Next time we have out of town visitors we plan to do this again! Great Fun!

My close friend and I began our vacation in Savannah with the Graves Tales Ghost Tour the very first night, and it was the BEST decision we made for our trip! Our guide was great, and very informative about the unique history of the area. What we learned on this special night became our springboard for the days to come. For the remainder of our trip, as we walked the hallowed streets of Savannah, we reverenced this city that is built on its dead, and felt an even closer connection to its history and the heartbeat of those real people who had lived there. In addition, we had a bucket list of must see places, and this tour took us right to several on our list! Amazing!!!

When we were in Savannah, we did Ghost City's Dead of the Night (adults-only) tour. While the tour was worthwhile, we do not believe it was as informative as other ghost tours that we have recently been. The tour itself seemed to be a random wandering through the city with occasional, sometimes meandering, stories and observations along the way (I cannot tell you how many times I heard "We're literally walking over the dead." While we did appreciate the enthusiasm of the guide (Jen) through her cape and evil-spirit-protecting-incense, the guide was not a natural storyteller and did not seem to know the stories as well as others. I feel like the guide was the reason for our disappointment. Still, it was a fun time and we would try another tour.
