Great customer service, Although the information for the tour indicated “Rain or shine” we experienced an unexpected rain shower. With no umbrellas or rain parkas we were at a loss as to whether to turn around and go home or take the tour which would have left us soaking wet. But we called Matt on their Toll free reservations line and asked if we could reschedule. Thankfully he was able to book us on an alternate date, and told us our comfort and enjoyment of the tour was most important to him and the company. What great customer service ! Thank you Matt !!!!

We had a fabulous time with Cricket as our guide. This is a great tour. I highly recommend it! We have done ghost tours before and not enjoyed them. This one couldn’t have been better!
