Andrew was a great guide! The check in process is a little odd since you meet in the park and hard to hear so it was difficult starting off. I loved that he he kept track of how many encounters he has had with previous tours AND THE GHOST CHECKLIST! He’s really invested and it shows. He provided a lot of mixed time period stories and hilarious one liners. The tour doesn’t end where you start so keep track of how to get back. It is a lot of walking* as advertised. Adult tour is the way to go wish we remembered to bring a our drinks. PS: If Andrew decided to do standup I would come back to watch him.

Jeez, where to start...our guide's verbal delivery of the material was a bit odd. He would constantly repeat rhetorical questions to the group. Intertwined with the first stop's story was a fair amount of content that revolved around the nearby CVS being haunted. The second stop was at a house with a good story, but our guide told us the story in the alley adjacent to the house where staff from a nearby restaurant had to navigate through the group to throw out large bags of kitchen scraps multiple times. The whole event became so comical to us that we just abandoned the tour.

Great tour—felt a lot less commercialized than the other tours simultaneously going on around us. Jakob is awesome would recommend him for your guide.
