We booked multiple tours through Viator Tours and were promised discounts for referring friends who booked. Both myself and my friend each booked tours with the expectation of receiving the discount that’s advertised on their website and through their emails. When I never received the discount code, we called Viator and were told that their marketing department was supposed to remove that. Well, it was advertised and I have proof of their false and misleading ads. But no discount. If this is who is tour chooses to represent them, then buyer beware!

This was not a spooky tour as described. It was more of a historical tour. Our ghost host Andrew was very informative for a historical review of Savannah but not for a ghost tour. Also, he was on a mission to get to the end causing most people to walk briskly or a slow run. We were not able to keep up! By the time we would get caught up to the group our host was half way into his spiel. Very disappointed that we spent the money.

We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a 5-star experience with us. We avoid using the word "scary" to describe our tours as it is highly subjective and we certainly don't have any jump scares. However, the stories we tell on our tours are all deeply rooted in the local history, and the facts tend to be bone-chilling on their own. To make up for this, we would like to offer you free tickets to use in any of our cities, without expiration, in hopes of giving you a much better experience.

The tour guide ran through the tour and very hard to keep up. It was not scary AT ALL. It was more of a historical night tour. Will not recommend.
