This tour should have been our first tour taken...it combines a bit of a walking tour through the Quarter with learning about scandals and above all, the famous cocktails of New Orleans. Taste the original Hurricane recipe, the classic Sazerac, Grasshopper, absinthe and a refreshing Pimms Cup! Your tour will take you to the bars that you would probably just walk by. Gem of a tour and Cindy was an excellent host!!!

Hello Robert - Thanks for the nice feedback on Cindy's tour! I agree that touring the French Quarter is a great introduction to New Orleans.

The historical information about people and events told in story as we walked from place to place really helped me to understand and appreciate the area. Trying various cocktails was fun and something I would not have done on my own. It was a fun experience with my husband thanks to our host who took great care to personalize our time together.

Leonce knows his way around NOLA history, and has a great sense of humor. He told us entertaining stories about the venues, New Orleans bar and alcohol history, and other points of interests as he whisked us around town. In addition to the expected spots, he took us to a surprise spot or two that were real highlights of the tour. This was one of our highlights and an unexpected pleasure. Highly recommended.
