Overview

Walk around Everett while trying to survive the zombie apocalypse with Zombie Scavengers! On an app, you'll be given a list of items to find (in any order you choose) to help you survive a zombie apocalypse. You'll get points for finding these items, as well as completing some zombie themed challenges. Figure out the best game plan to get the most points in order to survive. A remote host will chat with you during the game if you have any questions. Prove you can survive the zombie apocalypse in Everett for bragging rights with all your friends!

Zombie Scavengers is a digital scavenger hunt played using an app on your phone. The game is played all outdoors in public spaces, and you are not required to come into contact with anyone except your own team. Makes for the perfect social distancing activity!

My 12 year old daughter and I spent $20 we never used and wasted an afternoon driving to the nearest location in my state to do the Zombie Scavenger Hunt. Below are 3 actual challenges I copied from the Zombie Scavenger Hunt app I downloaded onto my phone. After reading it, you can decide for yourself if you think this would be fun to do. After we read it, we thought it was stupid and lame and had no interest. I might of thought this a fun thing to do in my twenties with a group of drunk friends on a weekend night. 1st challenge- Snap a photo or video convincing a "pretend" stranger to help you fight off zombies. 2nd challenge- Find a cup of coffee, then snap a photo or video of a player or players acting out a scene from a cartoon, movie or show with the item you found. 7th challenge -Find a cigarette butt, then snap a photo or video of a player or players acting like a zombie with it. After I paid the $20 and read the challenges, I finally understood why their web site states, “Our game isn’t specific to a city! Play in any city or town!”
