We are the only on island company offering natural history hiking tours. We also provide natural history interpretation of the local flora, fauna, and geology.

Our Mission: To provide an experience rooted in nature, community, and culture that is fun, interactive, and informative. And to do so with a positive and minimal impact on the environment and communities in which we operate.

1% of all profits are given to environmental causes supporting the San Juan Islands.

San Juan Island National Historical Park
Explore the landscape of American Camp looking out for wildlife and marvelling at the breathtaking views. On this hike, we will learn about the history of American Camp and the Pig War as we explore the grasslands and rugged coastline of the Salish Sea. Watch for red foxes, bald eagles, passing orca and humpback whales, and more. It’s a favorite hike and for good reason.
