Best audio tour I’ve ever used. The VoiceMap software is perfect for a self-paced tour, and the content was engaging. Be sure to download the app and tour before you start, and be sure your phone is 100% charged. A lovely tour of the town near the ocean. Highly recommended!

Price was right, and some good history. But hard to use. We didn't know until we started how long the walk would be, and weren't sure where we were at one point so quit the tour. Couldn't go back and forth from map to audio easily, and couldn't always figure out where we were on their audio. Also, the icon looks like you use headphones so we ordered 2 tickets, but only used one ticket for our cell phone for 2 of us. Fortunately Viator is giving us a refund for unused ticket.

Thanks for the feedback Gayle. I hope you don't mind if I clarify a few things, for anybody else looking at this review: 1. It isn't actually Viator issuing the refund for the unused booking, it's VoiceMap. We responded to your email about this. 2. We do recommend you use your own headphones along with your own phone or tablet. But these are not provided. The ticket and confirmation messages both suggest you bring your own along. 3. The tour is roughly 75 minutes long, but can take longer if you stop along the way. This is the advantage of self-guided tours. The duration is displayed on VoiceMap and on the Tripadvisor listing itself. It's tricky for us to respond meaningfully to the rest of your review this because while we've put a lot of thought into the usability of the app, not everybody starts off with the same expectations. The ratings for this tour on VoiceMap are 4.7 out of 5, from 15 ratings, and this is in line with the nearly 8,000 ratings across all our tours.

Excellent narration. Just the right mix of history, architecture, and celebrities. Note that it's 4 miles from beginning to end, so put on your walking shoes.
