Loved every minute of the 2 1/2 hour gentle ride. The water was calm and shallow and the pace very relaxing. The guide was really knowledgeable about the wildlife and fun to be with. We saw about a dozen bald eagles! (Bring binoculars.). Highly recommended.

The experience in the boat was nice, but the bus ride to the put-in point and especially from the take-out point made me want to snort cyanide in order to remove myself. Someone from management should ride the bus and hear the embarrassing references, incorrect local knowledge, and cringe-worthy attempts at humor. It is clear from his delivery that everyone else who came before us suffered this same experience - he's told these stories and made these jokes a thousand times . . . and it shows. The bus driver's anecdotes dominates the environment - making conversation with even yourself, prohibitive. That being said, once out of the bus and on the boat - it was a good experience. Expectations of seeing a lot of wildlife were adequately managed. This is mostly a float trip and an opportunity to bond w/ your fellow boat people - more so than a wildlife viewing event, and I was okay w/ that.

This was so enjoyable! It was relaxing and the scenery was beautiful. Our guide Vlad was very knowledgeable and kept us informed about the wildlife and history of the river. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
