We had such a great time on our tour! The food was delicious, our guide was fun, and the drinks we spot on! We enjoyed seeing more of Scottsdale while enjoying local bites. Everything we ate was fabulous and our plates were always cleared. Jessica was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide, highly recommend!

A group of my friends signed up for the tour and we walked and rode the trolley to some locations. We stopped by 5 eateries including Craft 64, The Cornish Pasty Co and the Great Australian Bakery. The food varied from Artisan pizza to Cornish pasties to Mexican and desert too! The food was good and there was plenty of it. There was plenty of beer to sample, some wine and Margaritas as well! All in all worth the cost and the time!

I paid for 5 of us to take the tour this week. The food and the guide were great. But because we were running late, so they eliminated one of the stops. And they offered no refund. 6 stops for $65 - I feel we should have been refunded just under $11 each. With 5 of us on the tour that would have been the cost of one person. We got a lot of food at every place except for the bakery. There we only got a small brownie ball. There was also no place to sit down and eat there. We were all pretty full by then, but I think they could have given us a normal size dessert packaged to take home. Instead we were encouraged to buy something to take home. So the first 4 stops were good, bakery was disappointing, and we never made it to the tea house. So not worth the money.

I understand that you were disappointed missing out on our first restaurant tastings due to you guys arriving late. We always ask our guest to arrive a little early and get checked in and we always stay about 15 minutes after start time giving a tour introduction in case we have a late guest. We also feel it isn't fair to the other guest on the tour to sit and wait for a group that is 35 minutes late. We don't mind a late group joining at whichever stop we might be at, and the food is always there waiting in case they do show up. However, we do not refund you for the restaurant you missed and really feel it wasn't fair for you to consider that Shady practices. We work really hard to ensure everyone has a great tour. One great thing about our tours is that we give alot of food and everyone is usually full and it's good to hear that even with missing a stop that you guys walked away full. The small brownie ball you had was a Chocolate Cake Truffle made with chocolate cake paired with a chocolate Italian buttercream rolled in chocolate shavings. This bakery we went to was voted as one of the top Bakery's in the US by Martha Stewart 3 years in a row! We are so lucky to have them as a part of our tour. This tour seems to be such a great deal for most of our guest given the fact that we give so much food with such great restaurant partners plus the 3 cocktail samples is like the icing on the cake.
