We drove two hours for this scream ride while on vacation. So that means two hours back and did nothing. I wasn't going to write a review because it seems Viator was at fault having the calendar open but the activity should have some responsibility checking calendars. Anyway I have received many emails asking for this review from Viator so here it is...I wouldn't drive again two hours after being cancelled and using up precious vacation time, gas etc. They texted us about an hour prior to event stating it was a mistake and I saw another group booked too. They offered 50 percent off. We are leaving and wouldn't use a discount.

Sorry about your inconvenience, this is the slowest time of year for us so we wait as long as we can to fill the minimum passenger count required to run a tour. Sometimes we just can’t pull it off. Feel free to reach out if you are ever back in the area I would be more than happy to offer you a discounted fair for the inconvenience
