Very expensive trip for my family of three. Adults on line tickets $25.25 each or $22 at the door and our child $18. Then you get to pay Kansas City 10% sales tax! So in total $75 for family of three. Holy Toledo and that is before they sell you the kid pack for $6. I don't know how a large family can afford a trip to this nice, but small aquarium. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Children were invited to get close while they fed the fish. Learning and knowledge sharing for kids everywhere. The fish displays were top notch, and the children hands on activities were in every room throughout and at the finish. Clean and well maintained, but I won't pay for a return trip, ever.

Went here for a quick activity while in the area. It is definitely aimed towards little children. We found ourselves crouching down a lot to see things because they were at the childrens' height. After visiting the Henry Doorley Zoo in Omaha, this comes no where close, but it is pretty good if you want to have a quick little stop at the aquarium. The price is pretty high compared to Omaha's zoo where you also get to see other things besides the aquarium. I would recommend this to families with small children!

Decent but small aquarium for the price. It's not bad by any means, just slightly underwhelming. The walkways are narrow so with the crowds hard to pass people by or see anything. No real "wow" factor. There are two small underwater tunnels, a nice little sea turtle exhibit with live sea turtles, and some cool aquariums... but again... small. A good hour to really walk through.
