There are multiple viewing areas allowing for enhanced viewing experience. Care was taken to ensure that each species was placed in 'sections' allowing for close viewings. The touch pool was well organized. There was multiple staff on duty and all were very educated and spoke with visitors of all ages in a manner that allowed for anyone to ask questions and get answers that were appropriate for that age level.

We had a bigger group of 5 adults & 5 kids. Couldnā€™t take a stroller in. Wouldnā€™t retake group pic which would of been nice since they were from out of town. The lines bc of the Mermaid was insane & didnā€™t even get to see it except for when she was on break. For the amount of money spent on the ticket it was upsetting to just sit and not see anything or enjoy the normal SeaLife exhibits but to just stand in crazy lines! Should of been more controlled. It was way to hot in there bc of the large amount of people and very unorganized. I would recommend coming on a weekday to enjoy it.

We honestly had an awful experience. We went specifically for the mermaids. The event was extremely poorly organized, line after line after line only to see the mermaid for less than one minute before being rushed out of that room. My toddler was heart broken. There were so many people the tanks were fogging up. Itā€™s a very weird aquarium setup that forces you through in one direction (think: ikea style). They have a ridiculous amount of fake rock wall to assist in the flow they want you to go. The weird rock wall blocks 90% of the aquarium glass so you have a very small window to view through. These windows are then packed by kids (not being watched by parents, hitting the glass etc). The animals are in very small tanks, I witness several attack each other and the octopus was visibly really stressed. No one who has been to any credible aquarium would rate this one highly. iPads at the end??? I was wanting to take my kid to an interactive exhibit, not shove even more electronics in her face. Pathetic at best. Do yourself, your kids, and the animals a favor and avoid this aquarium.
