Seattle Chocolate Tour

Overview
Is chocolate a food or a technology? Why does it hold such a special place in cultures around the world? Most importantly: How do YOU like your chocolate?

On this tour you'll need all your senses to help answer these questions, and there's no better place to explore the world of chocolate than the city famous for beans that give you a buzz.

This 2.5 hour walking tour will fill you to the brim with chocolatey goodness. Dark. Milk. Drinking. Solid. Spicy. Bitter. Sweet. With nuts. With fruits. And the purest of the pure. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the attention that goes into each decadent bite you take.

Included in your ticket price is 12 individual tastes of chocolate (keep breakfast light). We will visit 8 of Downtown Seattle's most beloved food stops so that there is a little something for everyone!

We work hard to make this tour accessible to everyone, so let us know ahead of time about any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or mobility concerns.

We LOVED it! Our tour guide (Will) was especially patient with our five year old. He answered her questions and was unphased by her interruptions. He was excellent at advising us what contained our allergens (gluten and nuts) he was also very aware of accommodating our stroller wagon though sidewalks and shops. We have a baby who is medically fragile and we haul a lot of stuff. I would feel very comfortable recommending this to anyone who had adaptive aids/special needs. Will is exceptionally aware of everyoneā€™s need. While I loved learning about the chocolate and it's workings, I think school aged kids would be able to appreciate it maybe more than my daughter did. The walking around and sights kept her engaged. At the end of our tour we took treats home and he was able to offer other local recommendations for lunch and sightseeing. I appreciated that the tour supporting local small businesses. We are looking forward to trying the 21+ tasting tour.

This was a great tour. Jade was an amazing guide. She had lots of interesting facts on chocolate and just made it so much fun. There are many types and you will be full. I had my 15 yr old and my 72 yr old Mom and we all had a great time so great for all!

Can not recommend this chocolate tour enough. As a person who is already very knowledgeable about food as a whole, I got to experience a new way of looking and learning about food. Will taught us things that I truly never even thought about, in the most easy to digest and meaningful way. The selection of food and treats without it overwhelming your pallet is a hard thing to do, and Will certainly perfected the craft. Not to mention, just an all around nice person who is very passionate about showing people beautiful Seattle.
