Is chocolate a food or a technology? Why does it hold such a special place in cultures around the world? Most importantly: How do YOU like your chocolate?

On this tour you'll need all your senses to help answer these questions, and there's no better place to explore the world of chocolate than the city famous for beans that give you a buzz.

This 2.5 hour walking tour will fill you to the brim with chocolatey goodness. Dark. Milk. Drinking. Solid. Spicy. Bitter. Sweet. With nuts. With fruits. And the purest of the pure. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the attention that goes into each decadent bite you take.

Included in your ticket price is 12 individual tastes of chocolate (keep breakfast light). We will visit 8 of Downtown Seattle's most beloved food stops so that there is a little something for everyone!

Each location we went to had a different specialty, which provided a wide variety of chocolate samples for us to enjoy throughout the morning. Our tour guide, Jade, was friendly and knowledgeable and not only introduced us to types of chocolate that suited our different tastes, but also gave tip of other good restaurants she knew of as we passed. Overall it was a great way to spend a Saturday morning and I would recommend to chocolate lovers anywhere.

The chocolate tour was fantastic! Prior to taking the tour, my wife and I were concerned we might feel sick half way through more than a dozen different tastings, but our guide, Will, was clever enough to throw in some savory food stops throughout so as to avoid sugar-overload. Will’s presentation was tailor-made for the inquisitive chocolate lover. He was friendly, informative and relaxed, so we never felt rushed and were able to just enjoy the sights and sounds of each venue. We would definitely revisit this tour and we highly recommend it to anyone considering it while in downtown Seattle.
