Very informative and the guide was *super* friendly! Got some walking in and tried various types of coffee with different preparations. I'm not a coffee drinker, and I still had a great time. I highly recommend giving this a go if you're in town!

I loved how our guide, Lee, took us on a tour not just of some of Seattle’s excellent coffee shops - tasting some great and extraordinary coffee based drinks, like mushroom infused coffee - but how he took us on a cultural journey through the Capitol Hill area.    We were the only two people on the tour and Lee effortlessly adapted the content to our interests and background. He not only taught us about coffee and coffee culture, but also how they tie into the wider history of Seattle and into the background of the city’s LGBTQ+ community.  Coffee in Seattle is about much, much more than just Starbucks (though we did visit the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, aka “the coffee theme park”) and Lee was exceptionally good at relating its story.  This tour was one of the reasons Seattle made an indelible impression on us (having a day of exceptionally nice weather did help, we expected rain!). We were only in Seattle for one day on a longer trip in the Pacific North West, but we immediately decided that we need to come back to Seattle soon and spend a few days there – and a few nights, specifically a night on the town with Lee at the other tour he hosts, which is an exploration of the Seattle cocktail scene!

We really do pride ourselves on sharing stories that emphasize the deep LGBTQ roots here in Seattle, and we're really happy that your limited time in Seattle was filled with good stories and great coffee. We really appreciate the review, and we're looking forward to treating you to some excellent cocktails!
