Driver arrived early, he was friendly. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. We asked to stop at a pharmacy on the way to the pier and he obliged. I recommend this transportation if in Seattle.

They weren’t at the airport to pick me up when promised.I felt the driver Chris was rude.We weren’t taken to the right place.He had to call and ask for directions after I had told him where it was we wanted to go.We we’re dropped almost two blocks from where we were suppose to be.I gave him a tip because he scared me and my girls.

Sadly to say we had a slight 15-20min delay upon pickup due to not having reservation. We are new on this platform and have changed a few steps to make sure our reservations reach us. As far as that friendly giant Chris your referring to I'm shocked because he is a top asked for driver however we will address the situation with him. Not sure why none of this was brought to our attention because we could have made accommodations. We were unaware of your experience and vibe you got from driver but we are always willing to help and it would have been nothing to have that Nice Vehicle flip a U-turn to make sure you were at the location which was near few seconds up the road. It hurts to start off with a bad review but i can assure you there will be only but 5 stars popping up on here soon. Hope your Vacation was still enjoyable! "Where Here To Get Your There"
