North Shore
North Shore is a large stretch of sand and beach. The name North Shore is spoken in the same sentence as surfing. To get there? Drive thru Wahiawa. The scattering pineapple fields, coffee orchards, red volcanic dirt and as you drive on to take in the sky as it opens up into the Pacific Ocean. The ocean awaits you with the suggestion of sea mist from pounding waves.

Nu’uanu Pali
The Pali Lookout is a site of deep historical significance. Named “Pali” meaning "cliff" in Hawaiian, the Pali Lookout is the site of the Battle of Nuuanu, where in 1795 King Kamehameha I won the struggle that finally united Oahu under his rule. This fierce battle claimed hundreds of soldiers’ lives, many of which were forced off of the Pali’s sheer cliffs. Note that the Pali Lookout is also known for its strong and howling winds. You’ll understand why the Nuuanu Pali Lookout is one of Oahu’s best scenic points when you feel the wind push up against you, hear the winds whistle through the mountains and see the breathtaking views of Oahu’s lush Windward Coast.

We had a fantastic time with Matt our guide! He made our day so amazing and memorable. We cannot thank him enough. He was so passionate and knowledgeable about the island. The places he took us were beyond our expectations. Matt even took a ton of great photos of us and the trip for us. There were so many beautiful locations. We wouldn't have missed the Circle Tour for anything. We saw Hawaii the way everyone should. This is a must when visiting Oahu!! I'm sure all the guides at Hawaii Jeep Tours are great but if you can we'd suggest requesting Matt as your guide!

Long over due review from our trip to Oahu. Me and my husband went on an all day trip tour with Dan our awsome guide, driving around the island in a jeep. We got to see beaches that where almost empty but beautiful, if tourist knew they didn't have to pack themselves on Waikiki beach To bad I didn't bring any swim wear. Our guide went way and beyond to make our day an awsome one. We even got back to our hotel later then scheduled. We got to see wonderful beaches, a resting sea turtle on a turtle beach, try new and interesting native food etc.

There is no other way to see the island than with this tour! Matt was the most amazing guide we have ever had, he was so knowledgeable but not boring about it. We were the only ones in the jeep so it was like a private, exclusive trip and we were lucky that Matt was prepared to be flexible and adapt the stops to our needs. We cannot recommend this company and Matt specifically more highly...why would anyone want to be herded on and off a big bus when they can be treated like royalty? We didn't stop laughing, talking and enjoying for the entire 7 hours! Please do not go past this company for your next excursion on Oahu... and, if you can, ask for Matt!!!
