Deon is a great entertainer and is great at telling the old ghost stories of St. Augustine. We want to come back and do it again

Many years ago I went on my first ghost tour in St. Augustine and our guide's name was Dion. Through the years we've been on several walking tours in the city and although most were enjoyable, I was always left a little disappointed, comparing them to Dion's presentation from that first one and wanting more. He apparently still gave tours but I never ran across him. Now, he has his very own show...Secrets of St. Augustine walking tours! Dion is quite the tale spinner and gives you the history and the mystery of events and places in the old city. His personality adds much character to the tales and the pace is fun, allowing interaction as you go. Our small group had the chance to ask questions and interject things we'd heard about the area. Not sure if we captured anything in our photos yet, but that would just be an added bonus. The stories and Dion's delivery of them are the reason I was thrilled to find his tour! We'll join him again for our next one.

We met Dion for our first ever ghost tour. It was great! He started off the tour by explaining what the tour wasn't going to be.... a scary, people jumping out at you amusement type tour. It was however a very interesting and fact filled tour of the tales surrounding the city of St. Augustine. I loved the way he told us of the mysteries and legends that surround the oldest city. If you are a history buff, a person who enjoys the supernatural or just want to know about the dark side of the city, this tour is for you. I would recommend this tour to anyone, no nightmares here.
