Although the guide knew his tales, his constant "standup comedy" routine was annoying and took the creepiness out of the tour. We've done ghost tours in other cities and this one was very disappointing.

It was entertaining with good historical information. There was ample opportunity to ask questions. Our guide was engaging. 9 year old Josie another guest was precocious

Great story telling, history lesson all in one. Guide was delightful and knowledgeable after many years of leading tours here.
