Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the tour start time on your ticket/booking. The start time is not the departure time. Guests who are not present for check in and have not called or informed us of any trouble locating us will not be permitted as a late check in to go on tour. No refunds or reschedules are offered to travelers who do not arrive at the correct time or miss their tour.

We REALLY regret buying these tickets. What a waste of our time and money! Do you like it when you want to enjoy an experience and meditate for a few minutes in a special place and you feel rushed and some guy keeps talking and telling you what you should be feeling? Ugh! Just go to these amazing places around the Sedona area on your own, and enjoy them for as much time as you want FOR FREE! 1. The Airport Mesa Vortex - 1/2 mile up Airport Rd, park on your left, and hike up. 2. The Courthouse Butte Loop around Bell Rock 3. Cathedral Rock Trail - off Back O' Beyond Rd Hope you have a great trip!

Unfortunately, this traveler Douglas Gibson has NEVER been on this amazing tour. The fact that he is making up an experience that he never went on is shameful. In fact the locations he claimed to go to are not even part of our tour. This traveler did not even show up for his tour and there was no communication or correspondence from him at any time until after the tour had left. Our first call from him was documented on our call log 18 minutes after the tour had departed. We sent courtesy text messages during check-in as we do with all travelers and even an email at 9:00am when the tour departed. Our company strives to provide exceptional customer service and would have gladly provided a reschedule if we had some form of communication that they were lost or couldn’t find our location. We contacted the traveler by phone after he sent an email later attempting to lie about being at our location for the tour which was confirmed by one of our owners, our guide, as well as a team member that he was not present. We were graciously about to offer him a 5-year tour credit or other reschedule options when he abruptly hung up the phone. On the email he sent previous to the phone call, He DEMANDED that if we didn’t give him a refund that he would publicly defame our company and slander us on not only Viator but Google as well. This desperate attempt to publicly slander and defame the incredible reputation of this company is short-lived as now, this information and his documented threat is being turned over to local law enforcement in both Sedona and Lake Orion Michigan. No company should be threatened or harassed by travelers who do not take accountability for their own timeliness.

This was more then just a tour. It was an incredible experience. Frank is an amazing person. Makes the experience very personal and wish we could have spent the whole day with him. The spots we visited were both gorgeous and the vortex energy is no joke. Please take the tour if you want more then just a tour. Thank you Frank.
