we would have loved the ufo tour but youassholes sold us a ticket for a night they didnt do a tour ,dont you pay attention i would not refer you to my iguna--horrible

Not sure how to respond to this. Is your anger and language directed to Viator? We provide tours each night unless canceled due to weather. Not sure if you even have the right company. Either way, sorry you did not get to see the wonders of the night sky with us.

I called initially to say I was interested in booking a tour for myself as a 50th bday present. I also asked the lady if she had a community outreach giveback program. It was barely 2min into the call and she was rude, annoyed in her voice and in general showed below par customer service. These types of experiences are remembered.

If I had understood the question I would be more than happy to accommodate in any way possible. I have a mission to always give to the best of my ability. I simply did not understand your question. So far over $44,000.

This was something I was really looking forward to on our trip. It was my highlight and from what I heard out and about there were alot of other visitors that were excited to do a UFO/Stargazing tour. So I feel duty bound to share some honest opinions. When I read this listing it had a beginning location and a ending point which was described as"you will return back to the starting location" it gave me the impression that we would "go" somewhere to view the sky. That is not what happens. You meet in the parking lot and you stay there in camp chairs with your goggles and your guide. There are other people around, and there is a bar 100 ft. Away. But it is an experience to see the stars with those Goggles. Lots of movement and I was fascinated. I hate to leave a negative review, but it is an expensive tour and I feel others should have the best possible information when making these kind of choices.

Glad you enjoyed the view of the sky with the night vision goggles and sorry for any missunderstandings about the tour location. The format of a listing a tour is to state if there is a 'different' ending point, so it actually is accurate but guess could be confusing. We have found over the years that the location we currently use provides the best overall viewing area and yes there is a restaurant off in the distance and perhaps they were hosting a party the night of your viewing.
