Some say you'll feel a physical sensation on your skin when you visit a vortex, or perhaps you'll suddenly feel enlightened. Or, maybe nothing at all — just find out for yourself!
You'll learn about the discovery of the site(s) and hear about their history of mysticism. Limited to 8-10 people, this tour provides a small-group experience.

This is a WALKING tour and guests are REQUIRED to be able to walk for approximately 1 mile on uneven terrain.

This jeep tour was such a great find! We took a 2 ½ hour vortex tour as I had heard about vortexes (vortices?) and was really curious. Our tour guide was “JC” and we felt lucky to have him. JC gave us some options on what we wanted to see, asked about our interest, then planned our tour. The vortex visit was first and JC did a great job of explaining the science behind them. It was so cool to use the copper rods and feel the energy. The second part of the trip was “off-road” to an amazing outlook (I forgot the name), but we searched for fossils and soaked up the gorgeous scenery. The third was to see unique rock formations in Sedona (like the Kachina woman). This was my third trip to Sedona and I realized that having someone local show you around is really priceless. We saw and learned things about plant/flora, wildlife, geography, history (including native American) that shaped the area. JC’s knowledge of the area was incredible - he even kept my kids interested! This was my daughter’s favorite thing we did for the entire trip (which included ziplining and a helicopter ride). He told a story at the end, that still ‘sits’ with me about the future of mankind based on native legends. The jeep itself was comfortable enough (it is a jeep) and had seat belts and blankets. I feel like I could go on and on, but I’ll wrap up by noting that JC mentioned that this company is locally owned, which made me feel even better about choosing them. When booking, budget in a generous tip!

Joe is our tour guide for the Vortex tour. He is a gentleman that our trip experience being the best. Friendly, knowledge and approachable that have a peaceful energy around him. He makes you feel safe. We enjoy our tour. The only complaint is that we wanted more time!
