Escape the crowds and snap stunning photos on an unforgettable Photo Trek! Head off the beaten track today to see the coastal sights of Juneau on a unique type of personal scooter - a Segway. You'll hit the road and the beach on this fun, 3 hour tour.

As you set out, you will immediately encounter views of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier. Cruise the coastline and make several stops for photos while you take in the pristine waters of Lynn Canal, part of the Inside Passage.

Because you are on a Segway, you will have the opportunity to intimately interact with nature. Listen for eagle calls in flight, the waves lapping the shoreline, and maybe even spy the occasional breaching humpback whale.

Then hop off your Segway and walk a short 7 minute trail to a secluded beach to enjoy locally sourced refreshments. Immerse yourself in the Tongass National Forest, a temperate rain forest and the largest National Forest in the US.

Segway Alaska is a GREAT tour in Juneau. Reuben is wonderful to work with and our tour guides Alex and Audrey were knowledgeable and FUN. It was raining during our tour (which we found our is Liquid Sunshine) which made the day even better in my opinion. My parents and husband had never ridden a Segway before and they hopped right on and learned very quickly. They have been on over 80 cruises and this they said by FAR was their BEST excursion. They absolutely loved it and I loved that they loved it so much. Alex made sure to take extra precautions due to the rain. The only thing we wish is to have had more time riding the Segways. We will definitely be back. Rain Panchos were a great touch as well. Thank you Segway Alaska for finding something new and different for my parents to enjoy! Barbie

Segway Alaska is a fantastic company run by a great guy named Reuben. We went on a really fun tour in the meadows of a ski resort in Juneau. Most of our group were first timers on a Segway. Reuben and Ben made sure the entire group were properly trained and comfortable before we set out to explore the mountain meadows. The trails had enough of a challenge to keep it fun while still safe for beginners. The scenery was beautiful and the entire trip was narrated by Reuben over radios on our machines. Everyone had a wonderful time as there were big smiles all around. There were many ships in town but the ten of us spent a wonderful afternoon on a peaceful adventure far from the crowds in town. If you are looking for something different to do and get away from the crowded town, this should be on your list!

Highly recommend this tour! Alex was a great guide who gave us plenty of opportunities for photos and breaks. It was a fun experience to explore Juneau on a Segway!
