In January, I went on tour. They use the small wheeled segways, unlike those in some of their pics. I fell off and got some road rash on my arm. Their first aid kit was for an office injury, no first aid cream or bandage big enough for my problem. After the tour, I went out and got bandages and first aid cream. After everything healed, a month later, I asked for $12 with the receipt. My request was ignored. Beware! The tour was fine, but these folks were not ready to deal with even my small problem.

This tour was a very fun way to explore some of Naples. Our guide pointed out several facts and locations as long the way while we enjoyed the beautiful Florida sunshine. I would recommend this to everyone!

Our Segway tour was just wonderful, our guide Barron was super enthusiastic and made us feel very comfortable while learning and riding the Segways. My family will be coming back and doing this again.
