Enjoyed our tour to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Our guide, Jason, was very knowledgeable of the history of Alaska, the history of the railroads, the animals at the wildlife conservation, and I can tell that he loves his job !!! He is a wonderful tour guide and we are lucky to have him as our guide !!

This was a great way to see some sights outside of Anchorage without having a car! I switched shuttles part of the way through and so had a chance to see two different tour guides at work. Matt and Dan were both incredible guides - really knowledgeable about the area and clearly communicated what we were doing and what to expect. Both also created a friendly and welcoming environment. Ben, the owner, also sent some text messages to communicate where and when the shuttle drivers were picking me up (in case either was a little early or late). Definitely a highlight of my trip!

So sorry you no showed. We changed the leave time by 20 minutes to accommodate others. You readily agreed. Then 10 hours prior changed your mind. We said it was too late because others were already notified and it was approaching 11 pm. However later we accommodated you with your original departure time. when departure time came you no showed. We called you and asked if we could help you make the trip and asked where you were. You said Wasilla which is 50 minutes away. We could only assume that you had no intention of making the trip. In the travel industry 20 minute delays are not reason to not show up.
