NOT AVAILABLE 12 MONTHS!!! Got to the park one day after my START DAY & I no longer have access. Spent an hour on the phone with support who eventually hung up on me, because they cannot do anything or fix anything. They send you to a local number that is not answered. My Yellowstone tour was available for two weeks while frequenting the park multiple times. I explained this multiple times to 2 support & 1 manger to no avail. I requested a credit so I could just re-download the tour and they refused. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
