All kayakers must be capable swimmers in case of emergency.
Provide your email upon booking.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. 100% refund if cancellation prior to 24 hours before start of tour. If we cancel your tour due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. We do not cancel for light rain unless temperatures are less than 60*, and in that case you will be given the option of rescheduling or cancelling or doing the tour at the scheduled time if you choose.
You may bring water and snacks, if desired. We definitely recommend sunblock! You may also want to bring a change of clothes or wear swimwear.
Kayakers must be willing to step in approximately six inches of water to enter and exit the kayak.
Recommended for ages 4 years old and up. Children under 12 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Our family of four loved our trip up Lofton Creek. We showed up early, the kayaks were ready to go, and we given instructions. The trip itself was great. We were able to stay together, talk, and see some of the native wildlife! Our hosts were great and we loved the experience.

We booked the self guided kayak tour. We arrived fifteen minutes early and Shari and the kayaks were ready and waiting for us at the boat ramp. We were offered a cold drink and a snack and we were on our way. Three of the four in our group had no previous kayak experience, this turned out to be no problem at all. It was an enjoyable day on the water for all. Not only would I recommend it, I would like to do it again. I would suggest taking something to drink, sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.
